🛒 How do I place an order?
Browse our online store, add your favourite treats to your cart, and complete checkout. For larger event orders or any questions, simply get in touch.
📍 Where do I collect my order?
Orders are collected from Fraser Rise, Victoria. The full pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
🎉 Do you cater for birthdays and corporate events?
Absolutely! Our cookies, brownies, slices and dessert boxes are perfect for birthdays, baby showers, office celebrations, staff events and more.
🎨 Can I customise my order?
Our treats are available in our signature flavours. Brownie Slabs can be personalised with colours, names and decorations for your occasion.
📅 How much notice do I need?
For most orders, around 3 days' notice is recommended. Larger orders should be booked earlier, but if you need something sooner, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.
🌾 Do you cater for allergies?
Our treats are prepared in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and soy, so we can't guarantee any products are allergen-free.
Yes! Every order is baked fresh in small batches using quality ingredients to ensure everything tastes just as delicious as it looks.
